I recently stayed at this beautifully renovated farm cottage for a mini break. The Bothy had a perfect blend of traditional and modern decor, creating a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. The kitchen and lounge area were well-equipped and the log burner added a cozy touch. The loft bedrooms were compact but stylishly decorated, with extremely comfortable beds. The bathroom featured a large walk-in shower and trendy design. the accommodations were impeccably clean and well-maintained, making it the ideal place to stay. The location was also great, with ample parking and easy access to nearby beaches.
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

The cozy, simplistic space was exceptionally clean with good cooking facilities. The beds, with memory foam mattresses, were incredibly comfortable. I loved the woodburning stove, which added a nice touch. Despite the lack of an outdoor enclosed space for my dog, there were plenty of lovely walks and green spaces nearby. The host, Gillian, was friendly and welcoming, and the location was perfect for exploring the stunning Scottish coastline and beaches. it was a great stay for small families or couples.
100% Recommend this hotel.

Well-appointed, traditional-modern combination. Compact loft bedrooms, nicely furnished. Trendy styled bathroom with walk-in shower. Cosy and ideal for a quiet getaway.

Spotlessly clean and tastefully furnished. Very friendly and helpful hosts. - Plentiful supply of wood for the cozy log burner in the lounge. - Only a short drive to various golf courses and the beach. - Lovely welcome bread and milk, and supplies of tea, coffee, and other cooking bits. - Nice big shower.
Both bedrooms are in the loft and have steeply slanted ceilings, making it difficult to stand and move around. The bathroom is downstairs and can get chilly.

From the moment we arrived, we felt well looked after. the folder provided all the necessary information, and Scott even made sure we had plenty of wood for the wood burner. the bedrooms were comfortable, light, and airy, creating a relaxing atmosphere. the convenience of having the railway station right across the road was fantastic, with frequent trains to North Berwick and Edinburgh. the well-equipped kitchen and ample supply of linen and towels added to the convenience of our stay. We also appreciated the thoughtful touch of tea, coffee, and shortbread left for us.
Nothing to be said. 😊.

The cottage was absolutely lovely and cozy, with a beautiful log fire that added to the overall charm. The decor was tasteful and the cottage was spotlessly clean. We were also impressed with the well-appointed kitchen and the comfortable beds. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, providing us with a generous amount of firewood and even leaving us a fresh loaf of bread and milk. The location was perfect, with easy parking and just a short drive away from stunning beaches and scenic spots.
The sloped ceilings in the bedrooms took some getting used to, but it wasn't a major issue and didn't affect our overall enjoyment of the cottage. The shower had some temperature fluctuations, but we didn't report it and we're sure the hosts would have addressed it if we had.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at this charming self-contained farm cottage. The location was perfect, with beautiful beaches and the golf coast just a short drive away. The cottage itself was beautifully renovated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bedrooms were cozy and the beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the extra touches, like the generous supply of firewood and the delicious loaf of bread left for us. The host, Gillian, was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We also loved the fact that there was a railway station across the road, providing easy access to North Berwick and Edinburgh. we had a lovely, quiet getaway and would highly recommend this cottage to others.
The only small drawback was the size of the kitchen, which wouldn't have been ideal for a longer stay. However, the host had made the most of the space available, and we were still able to cook our own meals.
